1. About Tiny Dreamers
Tiny Dreamers Club is a New Zealand business creating personalised and playful décor for children’s rooms, including custom 3D bubble letters, wall decals and IKEA Trofast decals.
Our products are sold directly through our online store.
2. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update product designs, colours, specifications and availability from time to time.
4. Personalised and made-to-order products
Many Tiny Dreamers products are personalised and made specifically for your order.
Please carefully check all spelling, names, colours, sizes and other customisation details before completing your purchase.
Once production has started, we may not be able to make changes or cancel a personalised order.
If we have made a product incorrectly compared with the details submitted in your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

5. Placing an order
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products selected.
An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including an incorrect price, product availability issue, payment issue or other error.
If we need to cancel an order, we will notify you and provide a refund for any payment already made for the cancelled order.
6. Prices and payment
All prices displayed on our website are in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.
The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.
Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout and are also outlined in our Shipping Policy.
We may offer discounts, promotions or special offers from time to time. Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.
Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

We make our products to order and aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website and Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the delivery address, courier network and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in our Returns & Refunds Policy or these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.
If you believe your product is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
9. Product use and installation
Our products are intended to be used as described on the relevant product page and supplied instructions.
Where products require installation or mounting, you are responsible for following the provided installation instructions and ensuring the mounting method is appropriate for your wall or surface.
Because wall surfaces, paint, finishes and installation conditions vary, we cannot guarantee that a particular mounting method will be suitable for every surface.
Please keep small decorative products and mounting components away from young children where they may present a choking or other safety hazard.
Our products are decorative items and are not toys.

The content on our website, including our brand name, logos, product designs, photographs, graphics, written content, illustrations and other original material, belongs to Tiny Dreamers Club or is used with permission.
You may view and use our website for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
